Hi Wendy, Good to hear from you again. I've struggled for quite some time with the concept of “letting go.” I realized, embracing what is (or what was) usually helps me “let it go.” Borrowing from a Beatles song title, “Let it Be.” My challenge is “letting it be,” versus “letting go.” Some may argue that I'm just playing with semantics. Perhaps. But, I've found many of things I want to let go of have played an integral part in my growth. The key is acceptance. Just thought I'd offer that perspective.
Letting go is the most difficult for me too. I'm pretty good at setting the intention and not worrying about the outcome part. Letting go for me is calming monkey mind so that all the chatter doesn't distract me from co-creating with Universal Consciousness.

Good one Wendy,
Letting go is the most difficult for me too. I'm pretty good at setting the intention and not worrying about the outcome part. Letting go for me is calming monkey mind so that all the chatter doesn't distract me from co-creating with Universal Consciousness.
Surrender is an act of love. Accept what is.. be at ease and let your divine placement in the universe unfold as it should.
