It's gorgeous. Congratulations. I adore quilts. As a wedding present 10 years ago, my mother gave us a quilt that was started by my great-grandmother, continued by my grandmother, and finished by my mother, and then given to me – a four-generation quilt.
Hi everyone! Thanks for taking the time to stop by. Sorry I've not responded sooner. I appreciate all your kind words.
The quilt was made with a friend and her mother for another friend's graduation gift. It was a fun and wonderful experience. I have a fonder appreciation for the quiltting bees that took place in the past. There is a sense of community in making quilts. Perhaps our society today could learn something from the quiltting bees of the past.
Isn't it phenomenal to finish a project?

Very inspiring!
Beautiful! Well done. I had a wedding ring quilt once, bought
at a show. They are made with lots of love; all of them.
How wonderful, Wendy! I love the lavender! What a joyful smile - your whole being is smiling! :)
